Assist at an Orphanage

Nepal Orphans Home Inc. operates four homes in Nepal. Three of these are in Dhapasi, just outside the Kathmandu city limits, and one is in the Dang region in Western Nepal. In addition we place volunteers who want to stay in the Valley at The Bal Mandir Orphanage, the government-supported Home in Kathmandu, and at “The Baby Orphanage,” a home set up to provide for orphaned babies. 

We also have placements at a boys home in Pokhara, the small lakeside city known as the Switzerland of Nepal; in Lumbini, the birthplace of Buddha; and in the Terai, a desolate area in the jungle region bordering India.
